1. If you cancel or reschedule attendance at a seminar, you must provide prior written notice at least fifteen business days prior to the scheduled date of the workshop in order to avoid a cancellation or rescheduling penalty. Failure to prove at least fifteen business days notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 20% fee. Cancelling on  the day of the training will result in a 100% fee. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
2. Our fees are not refundable after workshop attendance. Program materials in any medium may not be returned for refund or credit. All payments are due before the workshop commences.
3. This Agreement supersedes the terms and conditions of any purchase order submitted at any time by you or your company.
4. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule a scheduled workshop if the class size falls below the minimum acceptable level of participants.
5. You acknowledge that The Peer Group is the proprietor of all rights, including copyright, in the Programs. You may not reproduce the Programs, in whole or in part, in any form or medium now known or hereafter invented or created (to create a new program or otherwise), without our written consent. You may not reuse or resell the Programs without our written consent.
6. This Agreement cannot be changed except by an amendment signed by both parties.
